David came out the same day I talked to him. He went right up on the roof and evaluated the situation and went right to fixing what he thought was wrong and where the water was coming in. He not only fixed the area that was leaking but he sealed a couple of other areas where he thought I might have a problem later (nail holes on other vents not sealed, cracks in shingles near vents, etc.). Haven't had any rain to see if the problem is completely fixed but he said he could be right over if there is anything wrong.
