? Avoid Houston Water Solutions at All Costs ? I wish I could give zero stars. We were sold Houston Water Solutions? most expensive system?the Pentair Pro Elite, supposedly backed by a ?lifetime warranty??with promises that it would fix our hard water issues for good. It worked for about 8 months. Then it failed completely. Suddenly, we were right back where we started: hard water, soap not lathering, white mineral crust on everything, and foul-tasting water. When we called for support, a technician came out with a bogus testing device, falsely claimed everything was ?fine,? and tried to blame anything but the faulty system. Meanwhile, our sinks and showers told the real story. Then came the insult: they wanted to charge us for the service call and even tried to distract us by offering to replace the reverse osmosis (RO) filter?for more money. That?s one faucet! The entire house?s system was broken, and they knew it. When I contacted them again on May 30, they admitted the probl

hWS has done a magnificent job in the installation and maintenance of my investment. My hair loves it and so does the family. You will be more than satisfied and set your mind at ease knowing the water you drink or bathe with is not full of harsh chemicals.

Deceptive practices. Requested a service visit to change filters. This company assured me that after reviewing the images I sent, their technicians would be capable of providing the required service. Based on this assurance, I scheduled a service appointment for 11/15/2023. However, upon the technicianâ s arrival, it became apparent that the individual was unable to fulfill the service initially confirmed. The filters were not changed and the company still took $150.00 from my card. This company misrepresentative themselves at my expense. They simply could have informed me that they do not service they type of unit I have.

It was a 5/5 star experience working with Anthony and his team at Houston Water Solutions! They were a pleasure to work with and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Anthony kindly took the time to help educate me not only on their offerings, but also around water purification and the industry overall. There are so many filtration systems out there, he helped me find the right system for my budget and needs. Now having the softener and reverse osmosis (RO) system for a few months, I can say we noticed the difference instantly and the system was well worth it. We wish we had done it sooner. It helped prevent hard water spotting and the RO water tastes amazing. Being a car guy, I also opted for the garages softener hose bib so I can wash my car with softened/filtered water. This was a HUGE game changer being in Houston which has hard water. To further highlight their professionalism. Anthony also provided courtesy call checkups before, during, and after the installation. Making sure everything went smoothly and as planned. Thank you again Anthony and team for taking the time, I never felt rushed or pressured. You clearly stood out for many reasons amongst the companies I talked to (8 total). We look forward to seeing you at our first maintenance.

great and fast response

Home Water Solutions installed a Pentair water softener, and a R.O. filter. Installation was done very good & fast. Customer service answered all questions & concerns. I highly recommend the Pentair water softener, water tastes real clean. A little pricey but it includes Lifetime Warranty.

My wife and I just bought a new home in Kyle, TX and it was immediately evident that the water was very contaminated. Water spots all over the place! The smell of salt and surfer! The hard crunchy close fresh from the washer! We knew we needed a softener but with so many to chose from how do you make and educated decision? You talk to your neighbors! After speaking with a close neighbor we decided to call Austin Water Solutions to see what they had to offer. After the water demonstration from the amazing team. It was a no-brainer! We had to get the softener from Austin Water Solutions! We have now had the softener for a little over a month and could not be happier with the results we have received with our Austin Water Solutions installed softener. I used to live off of bottled water now I fill my own bottles and it tastes better. No more crunchy close and no more water spots anywhere!!!
