Houston's Future A/C & Heat

Great experience, not only did they show within a couple hours and have my issue diagnosed quickly allowing me get AC back in July, but he also walked me through other issues that may come up and how to diagnose them. He also went through maintenance and cleaning i needed to do and walked my system for me.

Used HomeAsvisor and maybe 5 minutes later received a text and call from Future HVAC to learn if I was home. Felix and his team arrived within 45 minutes and quickly located the problem and fixed my thermostat issue within 4 hours (to include leaving for a part and returning). Added them to my contacts. Just feels good to get trusting and inexpensive service!

It was quick but not afforable for one income home

It is very refreshing to work with a company/individuals who have honesty and integrity about themselves in this day and age when everyone is out to scam a buck from hard-working individuals. On Friday, the company I paid $10000 for a new AC and duct work, came out to do their scheduled maintenance on my unit. After an inspection their tech informs me that I need a new furnace and shuts off my gas line as it is a safety hazard. He tells me an assistant manager will be out to discuss my options by 6pm. The manager arrives at 7:15 and basically tells me that he can hook me up with a new system and some free goodies for a mere $6000!!!! He then attempts to pressure me into signing a finance deal that evening, but I politely told him I will sleep on it. I did some research and called Houston Future AC/Heat a little before 8pm that evening. To my surprise the owner Felix answered, listened to my issue and told me he had been out the following day to inspect the unit. As promised he showed up on time and I was blown away by his knowledge and professionalism. Turns out that not only was the company I was using grossly overcharging me, but they also left multiple safety hazards unabated including 2 gas lines that had no stabilization system underneath. Felix not only gave me a fantastic quote for the installation of a new furnace but also identified all the mistakes and safety issues that the other company made during their installation and committed to taking care of everything. His crew arrived promptly the next morning and completed the entirety of the work in 5 hours with minimal hassle. When they were finished they cleaned up everything (which a lot of companies do not do) and left me and my family with the new furnace we needed and THOUSANDS of $$$ saved! Very rare to find a company like that indeed, and they have earned my AC and heating business from this day forth. Where do I start. You won't go wrong if you hire Houston's Future A/C and Heat. They love what they do and it shows. They will go above and beyond to explain your options and give you a great deal. They came out to inspect our system 30 minutes after I called. The next day they had already installed the new air handler and some other things. The air handler that we picked was not in stock so they upgraded us with a better unit without charging us any extra. We are beyond satisfied and recommend them wholeheartedly. Felix and his team does outstanding and fast work. He does what he says he will do and more!

Felix came out on a weekend just hours after I called him. Turns out The fan motor was all messed up. He left to get parts and came back the next day which was Sunday to do repair. And it was also his birthday. I used him before this to change out the ac pans and install black light for mold growth. Will call him on all ac problems in the future.

Felix was fantastic.Honest ,very knowledgeable and he came all the way from Galveston within 3 hours I live in Kingwood.Probably 2hrs from Galveston .I called him around 3pm and he was at the door by 6pm.He trouble shooted the problem accurately ,educated me on how to maintain my system to avoid major breakdowns.The a/c is working well.His price is very ,very reasonable.Most importantly he has integrity.A rare gem.
