Kitchen - Remodel
He helped with re-facing my kitchen. He's meticulous and timely, and worked hard each day. I was more than happy, he kept his work area clean, and is a gentleman, and made sure everything was done properly, and I would recommend him to anybody!

Bathroom - Remodel
Disappointed with the workmanship. The tile work was good, but the rest was mediocre. The paint job could have been done better by a high school student : they didnt even spackle the holes in the wall, and missed a rather large spot. Told me that they would finish the bathroom in one week ( the ONLY bathroom in a rental unit ) and took 3 & 1/2 weeks. VERY disappointing experience. 2/16/17 Mark contacted me about the above review. He came to the apartment to look at the work, and he not only agreed that the concerns were valid, and stated that the work did not meet his standard. He corrected all issues himself. It now looks great!

"Hi Dr. _______, I recently saw the review you posted on Home Advisors about the bathroom remodel we performed for you. Let me first thank you for recognizing the quality of our tile work. I had no idea that more work was needed. I am available immediately to fix any sheetrock or painting issues. We warranty our work and I work very hard to make every customer satisfied. In fact, if you should develop any problems in that bathroom over the next year I will be there to fix it. You are correct that the job took longer than a week. We worked long days everyday to get the bathroom done (including Sat and Sun on the final week) and encountered many obstacles with the valve, the drain and rotted floor boards from water leaking. Despite taking 3 weeks to completely tear out the entire bathroom and install new bathroom, we reset the toilet every night so the tenant would have a toilet to use. I have changed the way I quote time frames to avoid setting unrealistic expectations in the future and I will never again attempt to do complete bathroom remodels in one week - IT JUST CAN'T BE DONE. We have a lengthy history of great reviews. Please give me an opportunity to make things meet your expectations with regard to your paint and sheetrock issues. Thank you again for your business!
