I gave Ron my "to do list" we went over what I was expecting. Ron went above and beyond to make sure the projects were what I wanted. I finally have porch lights, extra electrical outlets, and shelves in my Tuff Shed. The price was very fair, especially for all he did. Ron was very respectful of me and my home, I will use him for future projects.

I was frustrated with people coming over to give an estimate and then say they could squeeze me in in 3 months or another who came over, gave an estimate and set a time to come a week later, cancelled due to injury, came a week after that with injury and missing a drill and stumbled around for an hour doing nothing and then saying he had to go and wouldn't come back because the drive was too long from his home.....After weeks of this I tried Home Advisor and responded to the first person who emailed me. He wanted to come over to give an estimate and I asked if he could actually do something while he was here and could I rent him by the hour for the hour he would be here. He got frustrated, thought awhile and then said 'for $500 I'll give you all day Thursday'. I said great, just come. He came Tuesday around noon and proceeded to put the new numbers on the front door, shave some metal off the latch so the tongue fit better, install the new smoke detector, call a friend to put in the new sprinkler timer and then he went to the threshold of the deck that needed replacing and ripped up half of it. All this took hours at which time he asked if I wanted a written bill or an emailed one and that I needed to pay him $425 right now for the work already done. I reminded him that our agreement was for $500 for the day Thursday. He insisted I pay him right then and said he wasn't coming back. I didn't have $425 in my checking so tried to placate him with $300 and expected to see him on Thursday. He didn't come, the threshold is ripped apart, the sprinklers still don't work and I would never have him back.

Ron worked with me to understand the project and delivered a great product!! I had a bedroom painted and bathroom room made pristine!! He also installed LED lights and they work and look great!! He picked up all the materials and helped pick the paint!! I would highly recommend him!!

Ron came over to install a fireplace screen that had fallen off and I couldn't fix it myself. He had to dismantle the brackets and put it all back together again properly. Now it is good as new and I can have a fire in my fireplace again. Very nice personable guy. Charged me a fair price. I was in need of a handyman and it looks like I have one now when stuff breaks around here or if I need house maintenance done. I'm a happy camper.
