Howard Construction is a professional organization.. from first telephone contact on Friday night to completion of the job on Saturday afternoon. I was concerned that my repair job was too small for anyone to be bothered with, but it was not an issue. The repair was made, Howard even did some preventative work. I am very pleased that the repair was made before the next rain/snow event.. I will call Howard Construction again!

Very professional crew, showed up quickly and ready to work. Handed me his business card right away so I could see they are fully licensed and insured. He quoted the job and said he could get started right away, that same day he went to pick up materials and got the roof fixed. It was incredibly lucky to find someone so quickly after the storm to prevent further water damage from leaking roof. I also hired them to isntall some siding, they work quickly and get it done right.

Arrived on time- got the job done in less time than I thought- cleaned up and left. Porch roof looks good and well sealed.

After he did the patch work the roof leaked and he came back to fix the piping/drain after the roof leaked a second time he suggested I get the roof complete replaced but didn't want to credit me for the previous work. I called him again and he's refusing to address the issue.

I had a leak in my closet and found Howard Construction online. I set up an appointment to assess the repair 2 days after speaking with Howard and the work was done one week later. They were very professional and easy to deal with. The work took a couple of hours and it was a straight forward process.

They were straight forward and easy to deal with. I needed a patch on my roof and they came right out and accessed the problem. They came did the work and cleaned up after themselves. So far I have not had any problems with the leak.

On time and completed job in an hour. Would use this contractor again.

I called Howard Sunday concerning a roof problem. He called me back soon after. He came to my house on time Monday to check out the situation and give me an estimate. He and his crew were at my home at 7:10 AM on Tuesday and completed the job around 4:00 PM. they did a great job. I didn't even have to clean up after them. I gave Howard's business card to two of my friends.

During a big rainstorm, my dining room ceiling sprung a leak. Howard Construction responded within a day of my call and came over the next day, which was a Saturday, to look at the job. He discovered some damaged shingles and extremely corroded flashing around an attic dormer as the source of the leak, and recommended replacing them. He was able to do a quick fix on the spot, and when another big storm came through the next day, my ceiling was dry! Within a week I received a quote to do the full repair. I was very impressed with their responsiveness, even though they were very busy with other customers having problems from the same storm. I would absolutely recommend them!

Paid them to repair a leaky gutter. Next rain I noticed the gutter still leaked. They said they don't give guarantees on their work and they won't return my messages.
