Two of our roof valleys were leaking into the house during heavy rains. They felt the valleys had worn underlayment below, and that water was not freely flowing to grade. They did a "trench cut" of the tiles, and added new underlayment 4' wide on two 12' valley runs. They found worn underlayment and a hole, which was all corrected. Three men worked nearly non-stop, and in under four hours, the two repairs were completed. It has not rained since the repair, and I am sure all will be fine.

As they said they might, once they started working, they found even more problems that were then uncovered. However, they happily corrected those problems also without any additional charge. Thumbs up from me!

This has been hell from this company I have had Geog, out 5 times to refix the leaks in the skylight area. I am still having problems with the skylights leaked right into the living, now I have bubbles on the ceiling where it has been linking. I need this company to fix it right or they do not get a dime from me. I also need a call back now.

Crew arrived on time, as scheduled. They then immediately left for Home Depot, because they did not bring required materials. The materials they returned with were not as specified in the contract (by H&S, not me). Cleanup after the job was superficial. Work was completed satisfactorily.

They do very good work but the coordination from the office to the field workers is sketchy.

The workers were professional, polite, courteous, efficient and extremely hard working. They didnt waste any time and cleaned up after themselves. They matched our tiles perfectly and were determined to ensure we were satisfied with the work. We are happy with this company and thank you to Jorge Lopez for keeping things on track and completely the job quickly.

We recently had our roof replaced by Howard & Sons. We were pleased with the process, and how the job was handled. We are happy with the selection and the color of the roof, which Dustyn Howard helped us with. Dustyn was professional, punctual, and was always reachable and responsive to emails and any questions we had. The job was commenced on schedule, and completed on schedule. The crew arrived early, and were mindful of keeping our property cleaned up. Dustyn even coordinated with, and accommodated, the fumigation dates for our home so the tenting could be done after the old roof was removed and before the new roof was installed. When there was a freak rainstorm, Dustyn promptly had the roof covered in plastic. Amanda, Dustyn’s assistant, was a pleasure to deal with. She handled the paperwork/payments for us very efficiently and courteously.

They were very efficient., quick, and hardly took breaks and worked all day. We had them come back because a tile was pulling up and they came back promptly the next day. Over all did a wonderful job and very pleased.

The person who gave us a quote, the office manager, and the guys who came to repair our roof were all very polite, and it was clear that they knew their business well. I only have two qualms: (1) the company has a minimum dollar amount that it charges for a project, so if your project is too small/easy to do, you'll end up being overcharged and (2) communication between company and client is slower than it could be.

Honest, hard workers.
