showed up on time (early) and did a nice job. very friendly and a Yankee fan (a plus) interesting system using a pumping sucking system that is in his truck and runs long hoses into the house. no dragging equipment around the house. seems to work well carpet in living room looks like new again. great price done in under 1 hour.

Howard's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning arrived on time, were respectful and responsible, doing the job they were called to do - install new padding under the carpet in my office that had to be ripped up when the water heater in the utility room broke down and flooded my office waiting room.. I am pleased to recommend these gentlemen.

THERE WERE A FEW PROBLEMS AFTER CARPET INSTALLATION WAS FINISHED. BUT ONCE MY WIFE EXPRESSED DISCONTENT ABOUT THE WAY THE CARPET LOOKED THEY FIXED HER CONCERNS AS BEST AS POSSIBLE. THE END RESULTS WAS ACCEPTABLE. WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN. THANK YOU.

Service provider arrived on time and fully prepared for the agreed work. He explained how work of furnitue cleaning would be carried out and how long it would take to dry. He finished the work in a reasonable time and cleaned-up after himself. There was no change in the agreed price. I will consider using this service again.
