I hired Sidney to install a carport, I told him he needed to concrete the post in and he did not, building is swaying so yesterday I called Sidney told him the carport was swaying, told me he will charge $300 me an additional if he comes out, I feel I was taken advantage of.

And time very efficient and professional

Did not call me or show for the last appointment. This was the third appointment set for this part of the job. The first appointment, I had to call him to see what happened and if he was still coming out to give me an estimate. He showed up about 1/2 hr. later. We agreed on the cost and date & time for him to come back and he was earlier than expected. He did a great job but ran out of time to finish the last two bushes to be taken out, so we agreed to the following Sunday to finish. He called the night before and said he wouldn’t be able to make it. We set the following weekend and again he couldn’t make it. We then made the appointment for during the week and he never showed up or called me.

They were professional, prompt, exellent work, and reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

He was on time and he took time to learn about the job that we needed done and he had a carpenter at our house when he said he would and the job was done perfectly. We will continue to call him for other projects that we need done. He was also very trustworthy and he has very reasonable prices.
