Howdy! Appliance Repair

Howdy Appliances not only replaced the compressor and got the ice maker to working again, he brought me a loaner refrigerator to use while he made the repairs in his shop. Jeffery was polite, attentive, and helpful. I could not ask for better service.

I purchased a table and chairs that had to be put together. Jeffrey came and had it done quickly so I could get on with the rest of my day which I appreciate.

I liked Jeffrey and Theresa, and Jeffrey was polite and a hard worker. However, he was 2 1/2 hours late for his first appointment and his work did not solve my problem. He said he would return to finish cleaning inside my dryer. I called him twice and made 2 appointments for him to return. He did not keep either appointment, nor did he call to cancel or to explain why he didn't come. My dryer still has an air flow problem and doesn't dry my clothes unless I run clothes through the drying cycle two or three times. I'm sad.

The repairman was assessed the initial problem, determined the cause, and offered to repair at a later time (replacement part required ordering). We elected to replace appliance with a brand new one instead. We would definitely recommend him to all of our neighbors and friends, plus, use him again when necessary. It is hard to find competent and reputable repairmen like this one.

The repairman was just fine and even answered a phone call at 9 PM in the evening when I still had questions. Very nice experience.

Repairman (Jeffrey) returned my call promptly , came over as scheduled and looked over my fridge in detail to find the problem. He gave me info I requested on possible future parts, cleaned up after himself and even vacuumed the area behind the fridge for me ! We will definitely use his services again!!

Because of the distance to my home, I had to pay a trip charge. This was higher than I usually pay.

He could have made more money repairing my appliance, but chose to be honest and tell me I would be throwing good money after bad. He recommended replacing the item would be more cost effective for me. Then without my asking, he discounted his trip so I wouldn't have so much of a loss.
