If I could give a ZERO or MINUS 5, I would do it!!!!!! The other rating for this business shows a first name and last initial like mine, but I want to clarify that we are NOT the same person!!!! We were TREATED TERRIBLY, OVER-CHARGED and MAJORLY CHEATED by this so-called contractor!!!!!!! Garage is UNFINISHED; SCREWED UP; NO GARAGE OVERHEAD DOORS (We paid for 2 & have the cancelled check); WALK-THRU DOOR DOESN'T CLOSE and HAS NO DOOR KNOB (only a screw thru the door knob hole into the out-of-whack door frame); SHINGLES BLOWING OFF; TRASH LEFT BEHIND (tons we can't move); UNFINISHED DECK and RAMP (a REAL MESS, very steep ramp with NO RAILINGS WHATSOEVER... AND HE QUIT!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!
