jeff from hoyt electric was very professional and friendly. he did his job on time and cleaned up everything afterwards. one thing that i was surprised is that they like to be paid by a personal check. if you want to use a credit card to pay, they will charge you extra 2.5%. this was quite a shock to me. nevertheless, he did a good job like he promised.

He had vehincle trouble and had to reschedule for the next day. He found that the motor on one of my fans was out, so he called the manufacturer and got them to send him a new one free of charge. It has not come in yet, so it hasn't been installed. It will probably be a couple of weeks since we will be gone for a few days.

Hoyt Electric installed 5 ceiling fans in our home perfectly. They arrived on time, finished the job at the budget quoted and the team was very personable and professional. I would recommend Hoyt Electric over and over. Jeff was consultative, made sure we understood what we were asking for, clarified so he understood and went to work. He also then took us through the house, making sure we knew how to operate the remote controls, light kit, etc. And at the very end he cleaned up the house. In the past we've had contractors leave drywall dust all over everything. Jeff did not, everything was left as it was when he showed up! Great job!
