Pat was very professional, prompt, and accommodating. He and his helper did exactly what I asked, made suggestions when appropriate and did a great job mounting our 70" TV. Pat was VERY helpful reprogramming my Harmony Remote and setting up VIZIO SmartCast on my smart phone. Thanks Pat.
