Had an heating checkup done. The tech came out and was very professional and on time. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant to interact with. The crews are great. Very professional and prompt. There focus is on the customer client. Good prep with the measurements to insure the salesman got it right. Good positive vibes from the salesman. The whole experience was positive. We have used them twice for windows and now have a sliding glass door bring replaced. They are not cheap just worth the money you pay. GREAT JOB! THANKS HERMES ROYAL.

This was my first experience with Hermes Royal. I had 5 windows replaced. The Hermes Royal team of employees are awesome. Any questions were clearly answered. Clearly a joy to work with and will have them do more windows. Installers Eri and Lorenc did a excellent job! Very professional and their detail to the work preformed was the best I have ever seen! I had them replace a 2 year old Wellington window that would not close and main glass failed. When they removed it that window was leaking water and black ants had moved in! Guessing there's a reason Wellington is out of business now! Yes it was a cheaper show special. The infinity windows are a value. Perceived quality great warranty. You get what you pay for. Whenever I call for service or premaintenance you get a friendly staff member who will answer all your needs and questions. Very knowledgeable about my heating question. The technicians show up on time, they solve the problem and replace and repair it fast and clean up afterward. Very satisfied with the quality and feel that we paid a very fair price. Me and my husband were both extremely satisfied from the meeting with Lorenc to discuss our window needs to the measurement and instulation of our large 5 window bow they cleanly and precisely installed for us. After installation, Lorenc set an appt. with us to check everything out and make sure we we're satisfied, which we were completely. The installers were all so nice, neat, clean leaving no mess. Excellent job done by Hermes Royal team! I highly recommend this company!
