6+ Room New Window Service
In all honesty wish I could leave a zero-rating. They were hired to replace windows, two weeks later and the project still is not completed. Woodwork on the outside still not done, trim work on the inside is subpar, and had some damage done to interior walls and facings. They state they would come back on a certain day to finish it but it would be a no call no show. We had to constantly reach out to them to see when they were coming back. Supposedly this week to finish but at this point I highly doubt it. You could not pay me to ever hire them again.

"We are truly sorry for the inconvenience but when I was there, everything was fine, A1 service no complaints. Until we waited for the exterior wood trimming outside the windows that was not included on the window job. We waited on the material to repair the trimming, got most of it done, then needed some extra treated boards to fix the centers of the windows and no one had the materials, your husband can vouch for that. And then decided a different way to do it, and me and him discussed that yes, we got busy on another job and forgot to contact you on Monday, still had you on the books. We started another job while waiting!"
