They upscaled after arriving and did not move furniture as promised. I did not notice until I looked under the bed and saw all the dust and dirt that they had not even cleaned under there.

I hired Robert to clean the vents and he charged me $450, so when the job was done he showed the vents and a lot of the vents were closed and he was only here about 45 min. and then he told me he only takes cash or a credit card and would not take a check so he followed me to the bank to get cash, so then we noticed that most of the vents we not cleaned, we called them back and they promised to come out and never did, beware!!

Talked with a rep and scheduled 3 room carpet cleaning. I informed the rep (I believe he was one of the field managers), I was expecting company the day after the "cleaning" and was was assured of 2 available times; I took the 3-5:00pm slot. During the last half hour of scheduled time I called several times. No answer. They never showed up; never called. I called the next day, several times - NO ANSWER!@#$. 3 room clean $99 + $25 travel charge. Cleaned the few spots myself.

Quick to respond, pressured for 15% tip for a job they said was done and it was not. Not following up to complete job as promised

Guys forgot to bring cameras to show before and after pictures for air duct cleaning. Were not in professional attire (they said because of sunday). Lack of professionalism - didn't use shoe covers at work and didn't bother to clean up mess happened during work. One guy named Doug extremely worked hard though.

Did not arrive for first appointment. Came for second appointment on time but when pulling the vacuum inside dragged a heap of leaves with it and did not clean them up. Tried to charge me an additional $15 for the "call out" which I refused to pay. Also do not take checks, which I was not advised prior to their call. No receipt or invoice given, said they would e-mail it to me but did not ask for my e-mail address!

The technicians were very pleasant and did a fine job. I asked for an invoice and was promised one would come by email. After a week, I called and was again promised it would be sent out by the end of the business day., Dec 11. Now it is Dec 14th, and I have still not received an invoice. I will call again.

Arrived2 hours beyond window of time (2-4 p.m.) without lights to see in the darkness. Equipment may have been adequate to clean carpets but not to clean ducts; just a long vacuum hose with a brush at the end. Telephone instructions made no mention of a trip fee, which they said were waived because they were late. The personnel were courteous and worked fast-45 minutes for 6 ducts, return vent and cleaning the inside of the unit. The crew’s van did not have the name of Huddleston, something like “Super Green” but difficult to see in the darkness.

Stairs still in carpet after it dried. Told if they were there after drying they would never come out. But I was told they could get them out. Not happy

Would have like to have known about trip fee before coming to home. Would have like to have been informed that there would still be dust in vents after cleaning. There was no disinfecting of the motor. Was not included. Overall was a good job done, just little things would like to know about.

Make sure you find out the final expectation of the results.

Buyer beware! This company charged me a $20 "travel fee" just to show up. You can get the same services from another company MUCH CHEAPER. The carpet I was told would dry in 45 min took over 24 hours to dry completely. I WILL NOT be using this company again.

The technician was pleasant and efficient. I was very pleased with the result!

Had an emergency caused by junk haulers tracking dirt onto my carpet the day before closing. Yikes! They came out quickly and got the job done. They worked late to provide an invoice, so I could settle the issue with the junk haulers. Highly recommend these folks if you are in a tight spot.

the carpet was wet in some areas for5 days. I was told they would bring out a fan to help to get the carpet dry 2 days ago ,I did not receive it as of today. After the carpet dried the two bedrooms carpets are still dirty and the spots are still there.

Never hire him again. Does not stick to his price. Adds additional pricing with out approval by customer.

Confusion between "Huddleston Home Svcs & SuperGreen". They seem to be affiliated. SuperGreen came out first and boched the job by clogging the dryer vent and getting away with over $100.00 before I found out the vent was clogged. Called Huddleston and they came out in a van with "SuperGreen" labeled on the side and charge $135.00. Beware.

I wish there was a place to post photos. They literally lied about how many cleaners came, they did not vacuum, or clean toilets or cabinets like they promised to. There were urine on each of our 4 toilets and when showing them they said it was staining. I wiped it off with a finger to demonstrate (yuck!) it wasn't staining. There was BUGS on the carpet, they did not vacuum and the cabinet cleaning was only done on 1st bottom cabinet where I could see it, once I reached up, I was able to feel piles of dirt and grim that they assumed I wouldn't see. It was disgusting. We even found piles of hair in 2 of the bathroom floors and they used the same rag to clean fridge out after I saw them redo the toilets with it. I am appalled at their work and would never recommend them.
