Gilles and his crew have been excellent. Great attention to details and competitive pricing. We will absolutely use them again for future projects. Update: 7 Nov 2019 Though professional throughout, Gilles and team have failed to address a problem with one of the interior units. The unit makes a (random) clicking sound during both hot and cold air operation. This is a faulty unit and needs replacing. Contacting Daikin led nowhere, since they place all responsibility on their contractor. I will log a complaint with BBB next.

Gilles was amazing in his scheduling, he came right out knowing that I had no heat. His guys are amazing!!!! I would recommend to anyone.

gas heat stopped working when it was very cold, and getting colder. Hudson responded quickly and had it running in 15 minutes. It could not have gone better. They know their business and came out on a bitterly cold Sunday afternoon. They provide a great service.

Professional service at a great price.

I hired Gill (the owner) once before to repair a refrigerator, and he did a great job that time. This time, I hired him to replace an on-demand water heater for me. The price was kind of high, but I didn't question it because his previous work was good. Due to time constraints, he replaced the water heater, but said he'd have come back to replace the actual water valves. He also offered to repair a water line near the heater. It took me weeks to get him to come back and finish the water line. When I complained about how long it took to get him back in, he said I should be more grateful since he was doing that "for free". I said "you never told me that wasn't included in your price - even so, you don't leave people hanging for weeks when they're waiting on you". He never came back to replace the old valves with the new ones, despite my numerous attempts to get him to come back. I finally ended up paying another plumber $400 to finish the work that Gill was supposed to have done!

Worked with me to find a cost effective solution to get heat to the second floor of my two story apartment. Because of this I will be be able to charge several hundred dollars more per month for the unit. i would recommend Hudson Heating to any rental property owner looking to solve their heating issues.

They got here right away when my furnace would not start. Gave me incredibleble service for a great price! Will use them all the time now for heating and hot water.

Gill is the kind of professional you don't only want to know, you NEED to know. He installed a ductless Air Conditioning system, a generator, and needed gas lines. He is always willing to put in the extra mile, not to mention being available off-ours. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, Gill will make sure the customer is taken care of. Would hire again and recommend to others.

Gil is more than a technician. He researched and designed a system to replace my 1984 electric heating and cooling system - which was undersized, underpowered and underperforming. And the new system works - easy, quiet, warm. Gil and his team faced many challenges (my old system, old poor wiring, manufacturer shipping errors, etc.) and got the job done clean, professional, efficiently. Great to work with before I signed and just as great to work with all the way through ordering , installation and completion. I trust Gil.

I hired Gil to fix an issue with my central air. He checked the BTU of the unit, asked about the homes square footage and told me my central air unit and furnace was undersized for the house and gave me a quote to replace the entire system. It is only 2 years old. I called another professional from Home Advisor and he performed diagnostics immediately, found and repaired the real issue in about an hour and its been running like a charm ever since.

Hudson came out to fix my A/C within 15 minutes of me calling them when all others gave me a few days/week wait time. Awesome business!

Gill was there when we needed him. I Canceled my appointment and then realized that the AC still was not working. Texted Gill and he made time after having Dinner with his family came out and looked at are problem this was Saturday night . He ordered a new unit and got us up and running by Tuesday AM.

Gill and his coworker came a day earlier than originally scheduled as a plea from me. Hot weather and no a/c. Had me up and running in minutes. We walked through the rest of my systems and have a plan. Good people.

He came right out. Didn't charge extra for Sunday, and got our A/C working again, in the middle of a heatwave! Super nice guy too.
