Hudson Stone Works & Masonry

We contracted this company a few weeks ago to replace our patio stones. While the finished work appeared satisfactory, within a few days the mortar used was crumbling, even at the edge of the patio and into our yard. It was also separating from some of the stones (as can be seen in photos). The father and son team worked hard, for sure, and were very friendly; however they left quite a bit of debris in the grass, which took us some hours to remove. And lastly, while we don't mind people smoking, the father smoked while working and flicked his cigarette butts into our yard. We didn't appreciate having to remove these as well, especially when we had ashtrays he could have used. We feel the team could have shown more professionalism and also provided a much more durable end product.

Poor at clean up,but weather was a factor. Personable and listens to your concerns.

Had a retention wall replaced. Very well done!!

Had mortar joints that were cracked due to foundation settling removed and replaced. Looks great/ Fast response !/ Great value and quality for of work Thanks !
