This review is long overdue, we replaced our furnace end of February 2023. After getting a couple of quotes, I called Hudson Valley HVAC. Personable and professional, Mitch went over everything that needed to be done, remove and replace furnace informed me of the procedures they would use and gave me a fair estimate of job. He showed up on time, work was performed very efficiently and neatly. Highly recommend

I have used this company for years. Mitch the owner and his crew are wonderful. Excellent technicians, reliable, punctual, knowledgeable and just nice people. They will be there in a heart beat for emergencies and make sure everything is working perfectly. I have used them to install and service my split duct a/c and repair my heating system. I would not use anyone else. They explain every detail of the service or repair so you understand the work they did. They are the best!

The pro majorly overcharged me for the project. I would not recommend them to others.

How is it possible to be majorly overcharged when you chose to have the work done AFTER knowing the full price You could have simply chosen not to have us do the work if this is your opinion? Instead, you chose to have us do the work, complained after the work was completed correctly, and then refused to answer my calls and text immediately after my technician informed me of your complaint and already left your home. Instead, you chose to post a negative review without giving us an opportunity to discuss the matter with you. Our prices are competitive and every project is different. We have had one of the highest ratings and reviews for years.

Woke up one morning and noticed that one of the zones of my furnace was off so I called several contractors, Hudson valley HVAC was the second I was in contact with. Mitch walked me through what we thought was the problem and was kind enough to offer to help me fix it myself in an effort for me to save some money. As it turned out it was beyond my abilities and in fact it ended up that four pipes burst. Mitch had one of his guys come over to get started on the work arrived at 11:30 a.m. Monday didn't leave till after midnight Tuesday morning and the job was done with great care to detail. I can't speak highly enough about Mitch and Nick at Hudson Valley HVAC. Not only was the price competitive the first thing they did was offer us heaters when they arrived because the house had gotten so cool. They were professional and personable and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC services.
