Paul was great he walked my husband and i through everything he was doing. We learned a lot. He was extremely personable. He didnt try to take advantage of our inflexible schedule and charge us extra. Other guys were trying to charge time and a half to work on saturday

Kay, the repairman,quickly responded to my request to repair my air conditioner's condenser on a very hot day when no one else I called could come for 2 days because of the unexpected heat wave. Kay did a great job on the repair and the price was very fair. Kay was also a very pleasant person. I highly recommend Affordable Heating Cooling & Appliances.

Despite being late for the appointment due to delays in a job immediately prior, Paul did a great job identifying the problem with our A/C condenser (freon level way down) and explaining exactly what he was doing to fix it. He also took the time to discuss other issues that he has seen with these particular A/C units and things to look for in the future. I liked Paul's open and transparent communication.

Paul is an outstanding repair person and human being. He stayed till he was satisfied that the problem had resolved the problem. His charge was about 1/4 of what another business had 'estimated' including a totally unreasonable sum just to step into our home.

He saved us from enduring a hot & humid holiday weekend. We gave him a last minute call on a Friday afternoon before the long weekend and he was there in about an hour and quickly made the repair. He's very professional and a nice guy!

Excellent work. Not only was the A/C problem fixed, but I was given a great education on central A/C. Hudson Valley's fee was very competitive and fair. No additional/hidden charges. Would highly recommend Hudson Valley for A/C work.

Paul was a really honest guy you can trust. I'm not usually very trusting of people I hire to do work, but when Paul came out he explained what was wrong and how to fix it in plain terminology. If I ever have any heating or cooling issues in the future ( I hope not), I will certainly call Hudson Valley again.
