Modular Home Builder Service
The only reason they got one star is because you can't post without a star. Process was terrible. Over two years and $401,110 and change I can't get this house finished by this company. I was told this was a six month process and that was the only reason I wanted the modular built home. I was there in April 2025, after all the invoices were paid within a day of receiving them and the progress and workmanship is horrible. I've been lied too and contract finish date should have been on April 2025. After being told the hold up wasn't about payment, they sent me an attorney letter for demand of payment. My attorney answered that email and never heard back from their attorney. I told them I would come up and review work and would pay anything that may be outstanding. Jennifer Jensen, Sales manager assured me the house was finished when I asked her numerous times, she never sent me pictures and I live 4 hours away. Company will rob you be very careful. Stay away. Update 02/23/2026 I am added to my last review of this company. I'm trying to edit it so I can add pictures to the review but I couldn't find an edit button therefore I would like to change my wording here. I said the company would rob you, I would correct that wording to the following. Be very careful with your contract, be sure to have your attorney going over it with you. It has a lot of room to add on charges that you may not be aware of. I trusted they would finish the house however I've given them 90% of contract price and only 50% of work done. I don't have a word for that, other than breach of contract. Pictures of the house to date.

I have not completed this project yet. I am still in the beginning stages but so far Hudson valley Home source has been wonderful. Brian Hitt is very knowledgeable and competent in everything he does. I expect everything to be complete around November or December. Feel free to contact me then and I will be more than happy to give my opinion.
