John was great. He called immediately and came later the same day. I was looking for an evaluation and inspection of the fireplace and chimney to see what may be needed in a later remodel and refacing. He explained everything thoroughly and then some. Answered every question I had and a provided me with a written explanation. I will keep his card and hire him for the actual work when I get around to remodeling the livingroom space definately!

John came as scheduled. Spent considerable amount of time cleaning and attempting to diagnos why my pellet stove kept going out. After thouroughly cleaning the photo electric eye it seemed to be working alright. Several days later the problem started re-occuring and now i'm waiting for John to re-schedule to find to fix the component. Stove is presently not working. Should only be a few days. 3/17/09

i'm very satisfied with the service. The huerta team installed the wood stove in the same day, and clean after they were done. Called john with some questions about the stove and he is a very reliable person, always returned my calls .My experience with the huerta team is very good and I will highly recommend their work. I will give the huerta team 5 stars.

John Huerta is a straight up businessman and I respect him for rectifying the issues I had quickly. However, I was still very dissatisfied with the work his crew did as well as the poor follow up when appointments were made and not kept. The overall experience was not a pleasant one, and I could not say I would recommend him to anyone else.

"We correct the problem with the insert installation,the same day the client call. misscomunication was the main issue with this exelent client sometime a thounsand word are not good enough to explain a simple insert installation.I always do what it takes to make clients happy and sattisfied."

They were very quick and professional. The service person showed up a few hours after I have placed the service call. We did not have to be in a cold room all night. He was thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. The whole procedure was flawless at a reasonable price. I definitely use them again and recommend to a friend. I have to say thank you to Servicemagic.com, as well for finding the right contractor for the project.
