We did our homework after receiving several recommendations and bids. The original job quoted to us ended up changing when they began trimming branches from a large, mature, healthy-by-appearances maple tree that was causing some roof issues for us...and found that the core was unbelievably rotten. With us being weeks away from the beginning of storm season, and recognizing the seriousness of the situation, we opted (sadly) to have them bring the entire tree down. They stayed for many hours beyond their anticipated time with us and took care of everything with no fuss or issue. While the job ended up being quite a bit more expensive, it didn't compare to the eventual circumstances that would have eventually come about from this dying tree, had it fallen onto the second story of our home (and it would have.) We were grateful for their expertise and honesty. We would definitely hire them again.

They took care of the problem of a tree falling on the house when our daughter was hospitalized during her pregnancy. They responded quickly, professionally and worked to meet our needs and schedule. The work was quickly completed so that when our daughter son-in-law and granddaughter came home it didn t look like trees had been removed.
