They were repairing water damage under the door in my house and did a poor job leaving me with inch-wide gaps in plywood and trims. That kind of repair will not last long, so I have to redo it. I guess they just do not know any better...

Crawlspace cleanout Moisture treatment. Mold/fungus treatment and vapor barrier. They left trash under the house and did not put the cover area with a vapor barrier at all. 3 months later, mold/fungus are still there. I had to call constantly for months to get them to do the work even though they had been paid. Now, Jim hangs up on me. I will sue for this work and my home deterioration because of them. 3 other companies said this work is unacceptable and does not protect my home as it should. I allowed them several times to fix this and it still the same and getting worse.

The mail is slow. They quickly thought I did not pay. I had an ant infestation AFTER the visit and the bug guy showed up no problem. It was when I called and emailed for 3 days with no response I have to assume I am being dumped. I still have a dishwasher full of ants....$115. Go figure

We saw a snake on our property and called. They responded quickly and the Service was EXCELLENT! They set all types of traps, but most of all the customer service was OUTSTANDING! They also practiced safe measures during this pandemic.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. In September of 2018, I hired this company to service my home monthly for pests. The cost was $240 initially and then $90 per month thereafter. This company was about twice as expensive as others in the area, but they seemed trust worth. After they laid the traps, I didn't hear anything from them or see them for several months. In December, after waiting three months, I called them. The company informed me that they had forgotten about the contract I had signed. They refused to refund any of the money. I have contacted them several times via phone and email and they will not return my calls or emails. I would not recommend hiring this company.

Rated low for tardiness. Late to initial appointment and came unprepared; however, we went over options and scheduled trap placement for the following day. They were late for that appointment as well, but they did call a minute before the appointment time to inform me they would be late. The property being serviced will be someone else's problem next week so follow-ups will be unknown to me. Would consider trying them again for the next property.
