The completed project is exactly what I was hoping for! Completely transformed an old barn into a fully-insulated studio. The project took much longer than we expected, but we’re still very happy with the results and would use Hughes Renovations again.

Hughes' crew was incredibly friendly, responsive, professional and quick to help us make decisions. Prices were fair and they were always willing to further outline costs and the "why" behind the price ic you didn't understand the price. I would recommend this team for any project! Our home remodel of the upstairs loft and foyer looks incredible!

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Hughes Renovations and the team that did the work. The construction team paid very close attention to the details and made sure that the place was clean after each day since I still had to live in the home while work was being performed. The main project manager lead communicated well with me and made sure that I was satisfied With any changes and or items that were done. He always wanted to make me happy and satisfied, I would definitely hire them again which I will be most likely hire them in the future with some other projects.

It has been a wonderful experience each time I’ve had work done. They transformed my builder standard white fiberglass main shower into a peaceful escape - my new travertine shower was enlarged, has a big cutout for me to put plants on. It’s my indoor oasis! I would highly recommend. They are talented professionals who are detail oriented, kind and jovial. That’s why I continue to call them for any work I need.

Very poor work. There were days no one showed up. Some of it was a problem with the city, but it was mostly them. At first it seemed ok, but the more we live with it, the worse it gets. Ended up costing us more.

"We are extremely sorry for your displeasure with services and are confused of your rating. We have given you additional discount because of timing issues to which you accepted. So we are very much confused by this rating. Regarding timing, because products and services orders were delayed which caused scheduling issues with other scheduled projects, your project was delayed a couple times. This was not your fault but wasn't ours as well. Wrong items delivered, delivery delays, permitting delays, and etc were out of our control and because of these your project was delayed. Also, as informed, a couple of the workers had severe cases of Covid and were bedridden for a time. Again, out of our control. One of our main workers was threatened by a neighbor which made him feel completely unsafe and fearful to come back to work. Again, this was out of your control but factors to be considered. We apologize for the many things that caused your delayed project but in the end we did finish the project. As always, please let us know if we can be of assistance!"

The contractor where very skilled and did very good work. They took longer than wad expected but the work they did was very pleasing to me. I would reccomend them to Family and Friends if they needed someone for hone remodeling.

Utility room floor was raised to be even with kitchen floor using floor joist system, subfloor and lvf. New bifold door adjusted and installed. Washer and dryer disconnected and reconnected. Work completed as planned. Workman/contractor, Danny, was fast,efficient, and, neat. Excellent experience and I will hire this group again.
