They were very courteous, on time and did a good job replacing my side walk, but we scheduled them to replace my entire patio and they did not show up.

Hired Jose to replace driveway. He first tried to pass off his liability insurance as warranty, which his insurance agent correctly told us that is not what it was for. He then drafted up a 1-year warranty contract against cracking and shifting which both he and ourselves had signed at time of work. Driveway started cracking within 3 months. We contacted him in July and he told us he had a problem with his VISA and had been deported back to Mexico, and his other guys were forced to take jobs elsewhere. He also promised to meet with us as soon as he was allowed back in the country. From the latest reviews, he has either lied about being deported, or lied about meeting with us as soon as back in the country. After that Jose no longer responds to phone calls or messages from us. We have sent him a certified letter to notify him on breach of the 1 year warranty contract, which he signed for per USPS signature confirmation. Still no contact from Jose. We are now forced to take legal action to remedy his breach of warranty contract.

There were flaws in the concrete work. Jose promised to come back and fix. I could give a better review if and when he comes back. As of 10-26-19, he has never come back to fix the problems. I would never recommend Hugo's work. There were inconsistencies in the surface treatment with abundant flaws on the edges and sides of the concrete. The one glaring error was that one corner was supposed to be a 90 degree angle but was off considerably, very noticeable. This company does bad work. Don't use them. They are only interested in the money.

Jose and his crew contacted me immediately in that I needed to replace my fence, trim my trees and bushes, add dirt to my yard, and pull old tree trunks out of the ground. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they were on time, did quality work, and cleaned up nicely. I will definitely use him and his crew again in my next house!

I hired this contractor for back yard and front yard concrete. Back yard concrete is about 35 x 18 feet so a pretty big patio that Im planning to enjoy. Everything looks good 2 days after it was done. Then I had to travel abroad for 10 days and when I was back, I got big surprise: concrete started cracking from 3 different locations and cracks keep expending. I made several attempts to reach out contractor called Jose, he is not picking up his phone. I sent several pictures of the cracks to his phone. He is not responding.

Jose Palameros is a factotum and a craftsman. He replaced the exterior chimney on our home several years ago, repaired our mortared limestone patio as well as put in the concrete retaining wall a few weeks ago. He is on time, does quality work, and cleans up the work site.

Team work

After less than 6 months, there is a quite visible crack in the concrete. I have called him since he agreed to give one year warranty before we did the project. He agreed to come, but he never showed up. Then I called again, he said to come another day. He never showed up again. I tried to call, he just blocked my phone. I just do not understand why he played the trick like this. Now I remembered the days before I gave out the contract, he was so nice. After the money is paid, it changed like totally different people. In this world, we really do not need to behave like that.

I highly recommend this company, they are a good company.

They are easy to talk to and have a great translator. They do great work. I give them 6 stars.
