Very professional courteous timely

James and his team did a fantastic job installing our laminate floors. James takes great pride in his quality of work and it showed. They cut the flooring around the corners with precision and the flooring looks great. I highly recommend Hulsey Construction for any project you might have.

The project result was out standing. The workers were very professional and pleasant to work with. We were highly impressed with knowledge and skill regarding the deck build. Several smaller projects inside our home were accomplished with outstanding results.

I found James and his cousin (Bradly) to be two of the nicest young gentleman I have met since coming to Hot Springs in September. They did a fabulous job on my flooring. They were at my home on a daily bases on time every time. I would highly recommend these two young gentleman, and I plan on using their services in the near future. James doesn't only know how to lay flooring he is very talented in other fields, I have seen his work in photos and they are so very awesome. James is a very laid back individual and I can see he would be easy to work for and with, he praises his cousin when needed and that alone makes for a person you would like working for. All I can truly say if hired, you won't regret the decision, I seriously didn't.

If there is a party reading this review, looking for that subtle push toward the right contractor, read on! The Fairwood Homeowners Association in Hot Springs hired Mr. Hulsey to rebuild a deck for our community center. A prior company had to be relieved of the project because of poor work quality, and Fairwood went into rebuilding the deck apprehensively. We needn t have worried, because Mr. Hulsey was very interactive in determining the design with us, produced a detailed bid, and his quote was more competitive than other bids. I warned him I d be hovering over the project, and he laughingly welcomed the extra attention to it. Mr. Hulsey produced a beautiful deck for us. We chose a picture frame design, which produced fewer cuts and an overall aesthetically pleasing look. His attention to detail is incomparable. Even in things others won t notice, like matching the exact projection of the railing to the exact projection of the deck, he did simply because he takes pleasure in doing a quality job. Fairwood is in the county and construction code is not mandatory, but Mr. Hulsey gave us a deck that meets code in every way in addition to being prettier than any other deck you d find. Additionally, he offered me great insight to the benefits of gutters, what I can expect when we decide to update some electrical concerns(he brought a licensed electrician, who he subcontracts to out to evaluate it), and how he can approach painting our community center when we move forward on that project. Overall, James Hulsey prices his work competitively, he is communicative, well-informed, a hard worker, and produces a superior product to any I ve seen. As the president of the board of Fairwood s Homeowner s Association, I can speak for the rest of the board and say that we will look to Mr. Hulsey for all of our work in the future. James with Hulsey construction was great. Very professional very good work. I would highly recommend Hulsey Construction to everybody. If your looking for a company that does a great job and goes the extra mile then dont hesitate to use them. 10 Stars!!!

Hulsey Construction is a fantastic company to work with. James Hulsey is an excellent carpenter and painter. Super to work with. Will most definitely contact him in the future.
