THIS WAS EASTER SUNDAY ENILO AND KEITH ARRIVED BEFORE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL TIME AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB, I DON'T THINK THE SEPTIC WAS NEVER PUMPED SINCE FIRST OWNER.

We bought an old 79â farmhouse in Cleveland GA, and what comes with old houses are lots of issues! We called up Hulsey Plumbing of Clermont, GA and they helped us successfully work through all the issues from minor plumbing fixes to replacing the mainline for the sewer and putting in a new drain field! And â ¦ they also did a stellar job on our main floor bathroom / shower installation remodel. Their staff, including Daniel, were professional and worked through and solved any problems that cropped up! If we need any more related projects in the future, weâ ll be calling Hulsey!

Highly recommend this company. Called late in the day because I had a leak in the main line. Cory came out around 6:30 pm and was able to find/fix the problem. Very professional and friendly.

Tech showed up promptly but did not explain the cost of travel time was included at the same rate as work time. Repair was professional and timely but price of $800 to repair 1-1/2 water line at less than 6 inches deep was extreme.

Had to have a new water heater. I called Hulsey. They were professional and friendly, offered a good price. The job was done well and quickly. Would hire them again.

quick and great work

Jason from Hulsey plumbing convinced us to pay $6,300 to replace a sewer pump in a parking lot. Crew pumped the sewer into city street to get to the pump. Dug up part of the parking lot to get to the pump wires. Replaced pump which failed within first week. Crew never repaired parking lot and claimed someone ran over wires. They fixed pump which failed again within a week. New alarm Hulsey installed failed to work. Now, they refuse to honor warranty and the pump does not work. This company has no honor or customer service at all. They made numerous promises to fix the pump but never showed. For $6,300, the restaurant has a broken pump and a hole in the parking lot from Hulsey employees.

I had a sewer drain leak in the back yard. They responded quickly. Negotiated to the best price of the three companies that I called. The next morning I had a crew working on the problem and by early afternoon the drain pipe had been replaced and a new clean out installed so in the future we could more easily determine where any problems may be. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, efficient, and listened carefully to my concerns.

They did a decent job although a difficult to get in touch after the work completion.

On time. Got the job complete and cleaned up their mess.

I called at 10am on a Saturday morning and they showed up at my house an hour later. The techs showed up later since they had to go buy a new water heater, but everything got done by 8pm. Considering the fact that it was a saturday and most places were not willing to come out I am very grateful that Cody and Patrick were able to fix everything at once and had great personalities.

Gave every excuse not to do the work requested. Ultimately I feel loke they only wanted the call fee of I think 90 or 95 bucks. Will never hire them again.

Very Prompt

They were very prompt. Tony called immediately and came over to assess the job. He gave some valuable advice and then had a tech come by for the job. They fixed quickly. They charged a full hour even though job took 1 minute. That is my only negative. However, I understand they need to be compensated. They did good work and were helpful and fast.

Run from this one. Deceptive quoting. Was lead to believe $95 to come out. Now if I did not get the work done, it would have been $95. But since I did, the coming out charge was well over $300. That was in addition to the work time. I paid over twice what this job typically should cost.

Great service

This was the poorest interaction I have ever had with a home service company! I would NEVER recommend Hulsey Plumbing to anyone! I had found a leak in a T in a PVC pipe. I had all obstacles removed from the affected area, had the water turned off, the system drained and the only thing I needed was to have someone cut out the T and replace it, maybe 45 minutes to complete, maybe less!! I was referred to Hulsey by Home Advisor and knew it would be a quick job at a reasonable price. WRONG!! When Hulsey arrived, they looked at the job and then said they were going to provide the cost to complete the job. I as amazed and shocked when I was told $615. I could not believe my ears. I told the workers that I could not pay $615 for a job that should be more like $200. After a short discussion and determining their hourly rate was $185, they proceeded to present me with a bill for $95 for their trip to my home. I believe it was called an estimate charge. I told them I was not quoted or told about the charge before having the call dispatched but they said it was their policy, â if you do not have them do the work, there is a $95 chargeâ . Could not afford their price was the real problem. I did pay the charge but put a note on the documentation/invoice that I was not told about the charge before dispatch and that the $615 charge was way out of line. I called their office and talked to a person in accounting who was very pleasant, she explained that they charge $185 hourly rate, have a fuel charge, some other charge that I did not understand and said she would take my concern to Jonathan Hulsey their Vice President. I got a call back stating that Mr. Hulsey was â not inclinedâ to forgive the $95 charge and no specific explanation of the $615 quote. I asked to speak to him and was told he would not talk to me!! The quote for the work was way out of line. I got another company to do the work and it was completed, very professionally within 45 minutes, actually about 35 minutes and the total charge was about the same as the one-hour Hulsey charge. Price too High, customer service totally lacking, concern for the customer non-existent!

This company bills $187/hour the minute a tech is dispatched, while obtaining parts, and return trip. They did not disclose this upon dispatch, while the tech implied my repair job would "take some time" . It took less than an hour, but I was charged for 3 hours. Normal plumbers charge a minimum service fee on top of actual repair time labor. Hulsey does not, and they would not adjust my invoice. I will never use them again.
