Contractor is not a good painter. Interior Paint looks worse than before. Contractor wants to know if he can send me another invoice to fix his work

"Thank you for your feedback! This may be an issue of miscommunication. Prior to work we discussed that when patching your wall, the paint you provided may not match perfectly due to fading, dirt, etc. We also discussed that if the patch doesn't match the rest of the room, the entire room would need to be painted to match the patched area. Perhaps I wasn't clear that the new estimate would have been to paint the entire room, while the original quote only included patching and painting a small portion. I apologize for any confusion, thank you for your business!"

I am so glad that I now have a handyman service that is reliable and in whom I can place my confidence. I will use Dennis again and again. Nothing was too difficult for him and he went above and beyond. He is courteous, efficient and did an excellent job removing a built in bar fridge for me and replacing it with a new one. I recommend him highly. You will not be disappointed.

Dennis called immediately after I entered my project with Home Advisor. We set an appointment for him to provide me with an estimate for the 10 handyman items I had on my list. He showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He provided me with a written estimate which I accepted. We set a date to start the work and all 10 items were completed perfectly. Fantastic work!!! Would recommend him to anyone.

i had some unusual projects - changing kitchen light bulbs on a very high ceiling and putting up some pictures that were also high on the wall. Dennis had the right equipment and know how to do these projects very efficiently. And his prices were reasonable.
