They were very responsive to my request. Out of the various companies I called, they were the ones who were able to respond the quickest. The installer was very personal, very communicative, very professional.. He's knowledgeable. He came back on a weekend to finish the work, when he really didn't have to, but he wanted to make sure the job got done, and got done correctly. And I very much appreciated that.
