Do not waste your time on this guy. I hired him to appraise my house, and he came on July 14th to do the appraisal, and I gave him a check (at his request) for $550. He said he would have the appraisal to me in about a week. I spent the next several weeks trying to get in contact with him. He does not respond to emails, texts, or voicemails. When I was finally able to reach him on his cell phone, he said he would have it to me the same day (happened twice -- August 4th and August 10th). It is now August 22, and I still have no appraisal -- 6 weeks later. I have given up and hired another appraiser to do the work. The worst vendor I have ever worked with.

Totally unprofessional. Came to the house unprepared and did not have notes from the call. Had to call him several times. He visited the property and told me the appraisal would be delivered two weeks ago. I called him back 5 times. No response. He should not be in your system.

Tom did a very thorough appraisal, and walked us around explaining his process and thinking all the way through. We were impressed, and if we need an appraisal again, we would hire him.

The reports were very thorough and I also thought very accurate. The price was reasonable since he gave me a good deal for doing two of my properties. However, it took several weeks to get the appraisals done, I was in no hurry and had mentioned that to him. I did have to call a couple of times to find out when I would be getting the reports since I had not heard from him after a few weeks had passed.

Does a good job and provides a thorough appraisal. He does get overwhelmed with clients and getting the report when promised is problematic. The client has to make periodic contact with T. Hundley to get a status or verify the report is being sent.

He promptly set an appointment. He was thorough in describing the appraisal process. The appraisal was done in a professional manner and was timely in sending the appraisal to me.

This appraiser was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was most helpful in helping me understandt both the process and results. He also gave additional insights into the real estate market. I only wished I had contracted his services BEFORE I listed with a realtor -- a "personal" appraiser doesn't come with any "hidden agendas" like I experienced with realtors.
