If I could leave a negative review I would. We had Hungerford HVAC perform HVAC service that was clearly done incorrectly. They returned and claimed the issue was ?fixed,? but our system still does not work. We have a one-year warranty on this service, which they are now refusing to honor. It is 14 degrees outside and we have no heat. When we contacted the company, we were repeatedly told they ?refuse service,? and representatives hung up on us multiple times. Only after mentioning that we would leave a review did they stay on the line with us. The woman we spoke with, Donna, initially stated someone would be sent out. After acknowledging the warranty, she reversed course and told us no one would be sent for months, despite knowing we have no heat in the middle of winter. This company performed defective work, and then abandoned us during an emergency while actively refusing to stand behind their own warranty. I sent them a message over the weekend. They contacted me on Monday @ 8:15am, they dispatched Chuck within 3 hours, who fixed the issue in no time (thermostat settings, cooling agent verification). Great customer service and good price.

Dwight, Alvin at Hungerford were fantastic! Dwight made a special house call just to make sure the quote was accurate. Hungerford made my a/c a top priority and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Great financing options like 0% for 18 months. If you need a new hvac system make sure you call Hungerford first.
