They had done a very good job. The only complaint is that the agent was not giving me an updated information about the status of jobs; seems to me he is busy in getting new customers after the contract is signed.

Aaron went above and beyond the call of duty for me and deserves this awesome review. Aaron explained everything to me very carefully, because I was concerned about the use of pesticides and poisons, but he uses all the safest stuff and alleviated my concerns. He also showed me exactly what would be done and how. In addition, I had a tricky post that was structural and needed to be salvaged and he figured out a great way to fix it in place. Then, he went above and beyond and found the exact color paint to match my existing exterior and he went ahead and painted the post over so that everything was well sealed and matched too. Thank you! Aaron came by to look at localized termites I found in the garage on Wed. He did a whole home inspection, he found other places wheretermites have invaded and provided a quote right away. He completed the treatment today, Friday. All done professionally, very timely. I cant rate value. I did something I never do, I did not get other quotes. I relied on the reviews of other customers. Since everyone has been happy and others got more quotes, why reinvent the wheel?

Victor got my "panic" call and handled things very professionally. We weren't home when they did the job as it was before we moved in but it seemed that the job was done professionally since we were able to see the documents neatly mounted on the garage wall.
