We used Hunter Service group to order and install our Generator. Stacy was the electrician from the start. He does excellent work, explains everything along the way and is so kind. Hunter should be so proud to have Stacy as their electrician. We will definitely use Hunter group for future electrical and plumbing needs.

The receptionist was very friendly & on point. David the electrician was very thorough & friendly. He replaced a circuit breaker & checked all the other circuits breakers. Checked all the GFI plugs & plugs that weren't working after we bought our home. When he was done we felt that "now the house won't burn down", it was a good feeling. We feel we found a new friend too.

For those who are needing electrical work for a small job or a large job, give Hunter Electrical Services a call. You will be glad you did. I was in the process of having to replace 3 to 4 older appliances and when Ferguson the Appliance people came out for the pre-site inspection, I wasn't expecting to incur electrical problems and then I was concerned about what the added expense would be. This is an older home, and as it turned out I had to have the work done, or I couldn't put the appliances in, because my Electrical Panels were all outdated or Out of Code. The wiring was not supplying the sufficient amount of AMPS that is now needed for all the new digital read outs on new appliances on the market. Because I'm in my "senior years ", I was concerned about the summer heat that we have been having and I knew this being a large job, my concern that I would be without A/C for awhile. So taking this into consideration, I had gotten a number of Estimates. However, I chose Hunter Electrical Services. because Colby was thorough in his diagnosing of the problem, and he answered all my questions. His price thankfully was reasonable for the work that had to be done. When placing two larger Panels it meant, putting a pipe thru the roof, drilling holes in the attic , threading wiring up , down and over thru the attic, and cabinets and laying conduit pipes up and down and across the exterior walls , which was very professionally done and the least conspicuous as possible, so it's not that noticeable. Colby assured me his staff of technicians are very knowledgeable and experienced. I found that to be true, and they were very personable and friendly and also answered all my questions. This was true of Colby and his staff of employees, including Shannon taking the extra step to help out, from the Office help to the technicians. The day of the City Inspector coming out, the technicians worked diligently through out , starting early in the morning, so that I was not without electricity but for like 6 to 7 hours, as Colby had 3 technicians on the job, even said he would work if he had too...:) I was told by the other Estimate people, it could possibly be 3 or 4 days periodically without electricity. I am very happy with the excellent work done by HES, and you can tell the technicians are confident workers, and proud to be working for Hunter Electrical Services. Colby also furnished good quality equipment to replace the outdated Panels. It was a big job, but I'm sure they are just as diligent on small jobs, and you will not be disappointed because they do excellent work. I will not hesitate to use them again.

The young lady that I have spoken with in the office, Raquel, is FANTASTIC! So friendly, understanding and approachable. She is easy to talk with and is VERY helpful with scheduling. The young man who came to my home to do the work, David, was exactly the same! I was amazed. He worked non-stop on some issues that were unexpected, did excellent work and was a great conversationalist at the same time. These people feel like personal friends now.

My oven decided it wanted to trip the breaker on Christmas day. I call Hunter Electrical Service and spoke with Raquel. I explained my issue to her and she was courteous and professional! She took my information down and was able to fit me in their bust schedule for the following day. Juan G. was dispatched to my home and showed up right on time. He was also very courteous and professional as he explained everything he was doing. He quickly identified the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He double and tripled checked his work and I cannot be more thankful for his thoroughness. My love is now operational and I thank the good people at Hunter Electrical for their professionalism and customer service!

We were under serious time constraints and they worked with us all the way

The technicians that showed up were professional and courteous. The scheduled time frame was 10-12, and they finished within the allotted time. Only problem I honestly had was I was told the cost would be 89$ for the installation/ replacement of a new ceiling fan. However after all is said and done, it turned out to be 149$. No extra work was needed, no extra parts. I feel I was deceived at the beginning when I called about how much it would be versus how much it turned out to actually be. Do I really need to ask if there are any other hidden cost when I call a business for services and or products?

They were courteous, on time and did good work.

Juan was very professional and efficient. There were a lot of items for this particular job but he handled them all well. I will be using them again for any electrical work.

Juan and his partner were extremely professional and polite. Did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed.

The tech, Juan came in and viewed the area where the job was to be done, and I told him what I wanted done. And without hesitation he told me no problem and went to work. Job was accomplished, and the work was very professional. I was very pleased with the job done and would hire them again for future work as needed!

Electrician arrived earlier than scheduled time which was great. Installation of ceiling fast was fast and thorough. Very pleased.
