The job was poorly done I made the mistake of paying because he asks before he finished the project. He said he would come back and never did! I called for months and gave up. I would be happy to submit photos of the way he left my floors it's been a few years and I am still angry about it. There is an about half-inch gap from the floor to backdoor facing several where you can see concrete slab and previous floor. The workmanship was shoddy. Where the corners of walls meet floors bad cuts so there are gaps between floors and walls, glued the toe mold to the floor molding and the residue became gooey and discolored, my husband and I had to go over EVERY inch of toe mold and molding with cleaner, goo is gone and sponge, back-breaking mess! I will never make the mistake of paying before the job is completed again l learned the hard way! Actually, Trust me I do not give bad reviews but this is one that needed to be said! Would not have done review now except home advisor ask if this job was completed so I felt compelled to be truthful

Took 3 weeks to do a 3 day job. The price was excellent.

I hired Aaron and he gave us an estimate of $ 3296.00 for a bathroom remodel and we gave him $2000 and said we would pay the remainder day of completion, and then when he did the work he called he when it was completed so I called my tenant and they said the job is not even close so I drove there, the shower leaks, the drywall is damaged, the door handle fell off so I called Aaron and he said that I want is my money and then he sends me another bill for $10743.86 and I bought all the tile previously and I bought extra tile and all of that is gone, the job is about 2.5 hrs. away from where I live, I reason we redid the shower is we found mold and so yesterday I had Service Pro come and they said that Aaron trapped the water in and it need to be completely redone,

I was totally disappointed in every aspect, he's been in business 4 months and he's not prepared at all how to conduct business. After receiving his check he left me with doors not put up, a broken hot water knob, and left a tv and rug on my porch. He refuses to answer any phone calls.

Their customer service was horrible. The guys were late to the job the job had bubbles in the linoleum floor and I was told that the bubbles would lay down. There are cracks and the measurements do not look accurate from the installation. I called Aaron and he said he would come out and look at the installation but never showed. I spoke with him 2 times and he has still not returned calls and has not responded as of today 03/23.

Not a good experience. phone calls and texting back and worth and after 3 months floor is still not done.

They never showed up to do the job. We set up appointment for Wed at 10am, they didn't come. I called at 11am, was told they would get to me at 5 pm on wed. At 5:15 pm I got a text from company saying they were coming from Jacksonville and would be to me in an hour. At 8 pm I called again. No answer. But right after that I got a text saying it was a really bad wreck on 95 and they would get to me at 10 am Thursday morning. They still haven't shown up by 10:30 am, so I texted the number back and told them to cancel the appointment. I found another company that came quickly and charged me $50 less. In my opinion this company is highly unprofessional and I will make sure that I never call them for any work again

The workers were very nice! The owner did all he could to work with me even when i did not make it easy with my hours. Would I use them again? YES!!

Besides having a rate that can't be beat. He is fast, polite and donates anything of value to charity. Will definitely use him again. Best experience I've had hiring anyone. That says a lot.

Initially prompt came in did the job. There was a problem but came in to resolve the issue. Great employees.

GAVE 800.00 CASH. MEET TO BUY SLATE. DID NOT BUY ENOUGH. PURCHASED SUPPLIES FOR ANOTHER JOB.I HAD TO GO TO HOME DEPOT IN SAVANNAH AND BOUGHT 80.00 MORE FOR SUPPLIES. REMOVED OLD TILE. HOUSE SO DUSTY BECAUSE PLASTIC NOT PUT UP. CAME BACK NEXT DAY TO LAY SLATE. SLATE NOT GLUED DOWN PROPERLY. WHEN WE PULLED UP SLATE NO GLUE IN THE MIDDLE OF SLATE. SOME SLATE WAS UPSIDE DOWN.LAYED FIRST TILE AT DOORWAY. THEN PROCESSDED INTO KITCHEN. LAYED SLATE THEN KEEP WALKING ON TO DO BASEBOARD LAST. GROUT LINES NOT STRAIGHT. LAYED FIRST TILE AT DOORWAY. NO CLEAN UP. GLUE ON HARDWOOD FLOORS FROM WALKING ON TILES THEN IN AND OUT.GLUE ON FRONT DOOR. MESSY. I HAD ASKED IF HE KNEW HOW TO LAY SLATE AND TOLD ME HE DID. MAY BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN OTHER AREAS BUT NOT WITH TILE. MY HUSBAND AND I TOOK THE SLATE UP AND DID IT THE RIGHT WAY.

They were friendly, personable and did a good job. I called them late morning. As they had a job in my direction that afternoon, they came to my home when that job was finished and did my work. It was done the same day I called and that is so rare. I would recommend them.
