Hunter's Property Management Services

Hunter visited our property to give us a quote for lawn care. Hunter confirmed after we walked through the property that he had a $50 minimum for lawn care and confirmed that our requested services (clearing some fallen branches, mowing our lawn, taking care of weeds, and edging the property) would fit under that $50 quote given the small size of our property. Hunter confirmed he would follow up with a schedule for services. Two weeks later (right as we had expected him to begin services) Hunter texted and said he was on vacation. Then said he'd have to charge extra to clear any fallen branches (another $125 over the original $50 quote). Then he began to call repeatedly and argue that he didn't need our business, he had 50 other yards to clear this week, would still cover our services but then would backpedal, and would regularly curse through the calls. He called 8 times within an hour and eventually told us to "Find someone else" in a follow up text. Do not work with Hunter.
