Mark and his team did a PHENOMENAL job on my back patio. From the beginning with the design work, Mark was patient and responsive, accommodating the design as many times as it took to get it where I wanted with zero hesitation. The quote was very thorough, and the final price did not deviate from the quote. The crew was here every day, all day until the work was done. They were meticulous, measuring and remeasuring, keeping their lines straight, etc but still got the work done on time. Any issue (as arises in any project) was quickly escalated to me, and always with a recommendation for a solution. Their work was intricate (including beautiful stonework design and a stacked stone fireplace). The finished product is a work of art. Mark was always responsive, gave ideas and recommendations where appropriate, and took my guidance otherwise. Any question I had, he answered and answered quickly. Even after the work is done, Mark is still making sure I am happy with every inch of the patio. My patio is the talk of the neighborhood and itâ s all thanks to Mark and the Huntersville Landscaping team

Vendor needs to improve on communication, we were scheduled for Wednesday and he didn't call us to tell us he couldn't make it until Thursday we called him! He did do a very good job on the aeration.
