The job was done right even though the installation was tricky. The flue could have used more complete handling but the site manager said it required carpentry.

Quite frankly five star is not enough Danny from Hunt's services was a 12 to 15 star and as well as her customer service they were so good to me I just lost my husband a cancer and then I'm on social security disability and I don't make enough to even pay my monthly bills and these guys came out and they made things so good and as soon as I can figure out whether I can put them on getting on their membership for $30 a month as well as I'm going to have to have my plumbing redone and it's going to be hunt services you can't find quality human beings with quality work like you can in hunts services they are most compassionate decent beautiful people and company that I have ever dealt with and I will go to them again I'm want to get the membership so that they can help me with my furnace and so forth I will never call anybody else I will always sick with huts and Danny you rock you rock so much thank you you are not only a treat to speak to but a man that had a plan and took care of it

Evan was the electrician that came and did the work, did a wonderful job. If we need electrical services again we will definitely call Hunts services again and ask for Evan.

Justin diagnosed a major water leak in the pipe leading from the water meter to my home after exhaustively determining that the water was not leaking from other pipes around the house or the sprinkler system. On the day of the repairs Jesse and Dre came out at about 9:15am and were done by 2:30pm. It was evident that both plumbers had worked hard and more importantly the result was the leak was resolved without damages to my asphalt driveway. Hunt is a well managed and professional business where I is never used. We is the operative word there and understand why. Also, I must also commend the front of the house for keeping me posted every step of the way with text messages.

Absolute scammers and con men. Whatever you do, DO NOT even think about using these people. I had a clog exhaust and requested service to fix it, guy (Kacy) showed up, straight up told me that I’m breaking the law and will go to prison if I don’t let them fix do a $8,000+ repair. I kept asking “I’m breaking the law??” And he said yeah let me show you what law and proceeds to show me a Reddit post….im like dude that’s no law not just some random post online. He got mad and yelled (WE ARENT GOING TO FIGHT YOU ON THIS, YOU WILL GO TO PRISON)at me in my own house. I tried reasoning with him, he did not care at all. I said no and asked him to leave, the following week I had Rainer heating and cooling, they repaired multiple issues and cleaned everything all for $500. Based on other people reviews, I am not alone with these insane markups,unnecessary “repairs” Kacy, shame on you, is scamming people really worth the extra money? DO NOT HIRE THEM OR USE THEIR SERVICES! They are dishonest and they look for opportunity to scam you. Their price is more than 5x of the average price on the market. I don’t know how they have so few negative review on Google but their Yelp reviews tell a different story and you wouldn’t hire them after seeing those reviews. On 12/20/2024, their technician (Marc) arrived at 2:08 PM and I showed him where the issue was. It was in our bedroom and some of the outlets were not working. He mentioned that it was due to one of the outlet not installed properly. He also mentioned that he would give me a quote or estimation on the job before start working on it. However, he did not provide any quote or estimation and went ahead start working on the issue. He rewired 2 outlets on the wall of our bedroom with no complication on accessing the outlets. There was no parts installed or replaced, the original parts were not broken but only the wires were misplaced. After the job was done and we confirmed all the outlets were working. He proceeded to give me a form to sign which showed the cost of the job $539.99 pre tax and he collected the credit card from me for the payment. He also mentioned this price is for “fixing only 1 outlet.” He should’ve presented the estimation to us before proceeding working on the issue because I would turn him down after knowing this insane price for fixing only 1 outlet. I spoke to one of their manager (Lissy) over the phone shortly after the technician left our place. And she provided me with the timeline of what their technician have done during the job. The timeline from their system showed that the technician presented the $539.99 estimation at 2:39 PM and then accepted the payment at 2:41 PM “and then proceed to work on the problem. She mentioned that the estimation was presented to me “BEFORE the job.” However, it was not true. The technician left my house at 2:44 PM which doesn’t make sense because he did not work on the job “after giving me the estimation.” Otherwise, it would take much longer for him to depart after 2:39 PM. The manager eventually provided me partial refund of the cost because there are evidences showing that they did not follow the SOP. Brett (Project Manager) visited on Friday. My goal was to get whole-house surge protection added to the service panel. During a discussion in the garage, i noted that there was only one outlet on the "shop" side and that i had to use extension cords to power my tools. He suggested adding three new circuits to the panel. He informed me that a new sub panel would be needed due to the main panel being full. Following the discussion, he generated three estimates (surge only, surge plus two circuits, and surge and three circuits). I selected the third option. He noted that Hunt's technicians would be able to perform the installation the following Monday. The installation team arrived at 08:30 and reviewed the proposal and helped me select the location of the plugs for the three new circuits. They took measurements for conduit and left to purchase the materials and began work an hour later. Work was completed at 15:30. I highly recommend Hunt's Services for electrical work.

Hunt Services responded to my message in a day and had an electrician out the next day. The electrician diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything working in a couple hours. I highly recommend Hunt.

Hunt's was able to respond quickly and install a new hot water heater. The quality of the work and the equipment is top notch. It was expensive but done quickly and correctly.

Everyone was polite, informative, and efficient. I'm planning to have the same company install my new propane on-demand water heater.

I was able to schedule an appointment right away and Justin came right when the dispatcher said he would. He figured out the problem quickly and told me what it was right away. He was fast and did great work. The price was reasonable as well!

Really mediocre service in the installation of an underground electrical circuit and outlet for a patio barbecue. Communication in setting the appointment was good, but it went downhill from there. Electrician tried to take a shortcut, running an outside conduit that he said would be "hidden" under a panel of the house siding. Turned out to be 1" OD conduit "tucked under" a 1/2-5/8" lip. While the company agreed to fix this error, the electrician left the interior workspace a mess, with marring of the drywall below the crawlspace entrance, dirt on the walls, a pile of dirt on the floor, etc. Then I realized, after electrician had left, that the underground wire was not placed as agreed to. I mistakenly tried to fix this myself and accidentally cut the wire sheathing. My bad for trying to avoid having to deal with the electrician again. When the electrician returned to place the underground wire as it should have been placed from the start and repair the cut in the wire sheathing, he completed the job but in a very sloppy manner that was different than what we had agreed to: the 4x4 post for the outlet was 18" too short, and the sealant where the wire entered the house was extremely sloppy. Full disclosure, I did not demand that they correct these additional errors, though I expressed my dissatisfaction and gave them the opportunity to provide complete satisfaction. They didn't. I assume the company manager had already concluded that I was just a disgruntled sort of person. In fact, I have had well over $500,000 of work completed on my house in the last 18 months by a variety of contractors and subcontractors, and have not been dissatisfied with any of the work, and they would be happy to provide homeowner references. Enough said.

Wonderful service! I was able to get an appointment right away, the technician was professional and efficient, and the customer service was fantastic. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Hunt's was 1st class!! Michael was there to assist me with my electric issues and he was top notch- 10 stars!! He stayed in communication with me especially with all the issues and delays due to PSE. I loved the communication from the office as well. Nicki was also 10 stars!! (Calls, text and emails) I would recommend them and I will definitely call them for any issue I have. If you need the best, then you need to call Hunt's and ask for Michael!!

Installed Garbage Disposal, initial disposal for my kitchen. Justin was awesome! Knowledgeable, professional, honest, kind, easy to talk to. Explained things as he went through the estimate and installation process, and brought up any issues as they came up. Fair pricing. Would highly recommend him for future needs!
