It's not often that I am motivated to write a review but Mike did such an amazing job! Ice was very responsive (next day), arrived early, took his time, and was very meticulous. The report is available online and he took pictures of everything with detailed explanations. He even ran out to the hardware store on his own initiative to grab something that he needed that I should have supplied. Highly recommended!!!!
