I really like the thoroughness of their follow-up maintenance program. They literally take everything apart and inspect the entire system and take photographs and explain to you how your unit is working. Their front office staff always make sure to let us know when the technician will be arriving and he is always on time and very professional and friendly.

Central A/C Service or Repair
Hurricane Air did the semi-annual maintenance on my HVAC system after they bought out the company I had originally hired. When my unit quit working, I called them. I was told my unit was dirty? They had supposedly cleaned it a few month prior? They then proceeded to charge $1500 to ;fix; the unit, although it quit working shortly thereafter. When I called the sales manager to discuss, I received a text back that said LMAO.; Wish I could upload a screenshot of the text!

When you deal with Chris and Hurricane Air you get exceptional service. The way they conduct themselves is so professional and if they say they will do something, they will do it. They exceed in all they do and I feel they do the very best. Do not make the mistake of going with someone else, just start off with the best.

I am so disappointed! After a routine inspection of my system I scheduled to have duct work replaced. Prior to the installation I was called to say there would be huge increase in price without explanation. I have cancelled the job. This is not the way to keep customers.
