The service Chris and Hurricane Air LLC provided was outstanding. I had a complex AC air handling / drain issue. Chris identified and fixed the problem working late hours and on a weekend. Never once did he say “ You need a new unit”. I have every every confidence with Chris and Hurricane Air LLC.

My central air stopped working on a Friday evening. I called Hurricane Air and a tech named Brandon was dispatched and arrived within 3 hours. He was very polite and professional. Brandon diagnosed the problem within about 15 mins. He replaced the part and had my air conditioner blowing cold air again quickly. I plan on calling them again for any future issues and preventative maintenance. Thank you Hurricane Air.

Chris and his assistant were outstanding in excellent diagnostics and subsequent repair. Also honest, punctual, friendly. Having moved here from Illinois recently, we have found our HVAC company and heartily recommend them to everyone. You will be delighted in the service and integrity.

Chris arrived promptly. He and his assistant wore foot covers, spread coverings now the floor around the vent areas and did a very professional job. We are more than pleased with his work and will have this cleaning done more often. Especially important to have this kind of job done now.

Christopher stayed in touch via text, phone and email. Very knowledgeable about air conditioning systems and spent time making sure we understood our options. During the installation, drop cloths where laid in the house covering the entire area they worked. Before leaving Christopher walked us through all the options on our new thermostat. When he left, nothing was left behind, left the house and yard as it was when he arrived. We highly recommended Hurricane Air, LLC.
