After getting estimates they changed the price from the original estimate. They were still cheaper than the other companies. However, once I agreed to use them they told me they had to order the windows and asked for a deposit. Then they said the work would be done in 7 to 10 days. About a week later I got a phone call at 10:00 am saying they were on their way and would be arriving in 20 minutes. This was a Thursday in the middle of the work week. I told them I needed more notice than that. i rescheduled and they did the same thing. The installers were fast but the scheduling was a hassel.
