This company came to my house on a Monday afternoon to measure my window. I asked when they would be back. They demanded half the money up front and promised they would be back by Wednesday of the following week. This was important to me because I had to leave for my father?s memorial in another star on Thursday. I called on that Wednesday morning for a time. No answer. I finally got an answer around noon. The person I talked to said around 1. At 3, I called and was told they didn?t promise to be at my house, they never give a date and no one would be there that day. They would be there Friday at 1. I arranged for someone to meet them. First it was wait, I?ll find out where they are and call you. They didn?t They never showed. I called and finally got that they will not make it but first thing on Monday. Monday they showed gave me they told me different times, never showing up. On Tuesday, my daughter award back in town and met them finally, but the glass was the wrong size. My daughter paid the invoice anyway and since another window had broken during a storm over the weekend they offered to overnight both windows. Wednesday they came and installed both windows and my daughter paid the new invoice. They wanted her to pay the invoice again that she paid the previous day. The owner I presume, got on the phone and screamed at her to the point that the tech was so embarrassed that he left. I then received a string of calls and voicemail (which I still have) where I was cursed and told that A Lien would be placed on my home. Finally after I text copies of every check and invoice, he responded that he would check in the morning. This morning I received an email from the office manager stating I was paid in full. Not only did I have to arrange for someone to be at my house every time they didn?t show up and/or came hours after the agreed upon time, they left the slider out of the window when they installed the pane. BTW my insurance told me that the price I paid was the price for a new window not the price of replacing the pane. All this when I am out of state at a memorial and needing this done because my house goes on the market on Monday. If I could have I would have fired them wary in the process. I spent a fortune on the house sitter being available for all of the no shows.

Hurricane Glass responded quickly with a request to send pictures of the window I needed the glass replaced. Pricing for the work was furnished within an hour after sending them the photos. I had to wait the next day to get additional pricing from the other two companies pricing the job. The installers showed up on time and knew their trade well. They completed the work quickly and very professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of glass repair.

Excellent work installing beautiful new shower glass doors. They had a few challenges due to incorrect tile work by another company, but Hurricane Glass quickly and thoroughly went to task. I’m very pleased with the knowledge, work, and professionalism of Hurricane Glass. Highly recommended!

My issue is that we have not received our product. I keep getting different dates and responses from the owner and the project manager. It has been almost a month and I still don't have any work done. Originally we were told 10 to 12 days and the story keep changing. Don't give a deposit until you are on the schedule.

Had a great bid. Showed up, measured window and ordered. Replaced window as and when promised. Would hire again!

Aside from the missed measurement appointment, I had a good experience with Hurricane. The guys were professional and very courteous. I had another company came out for an estimate and was told the entire window have to be replace, which would have been over $1100. After Hurricanes came out, I was relieved that only the panes need to be replaced. Glad I got a second opinion. Thanks Hurricane for saving my pocket book. I will definitely call again should the need arise.
