I had a Cummins Whole House generator installed about 5 months ago. About 4 months ago, it was discovered that one of the factory installed fuel hoses was kinked and restricting fuel to the engine so it did not stay running. The tech did come out within a few days of me calling and found the problem, but so far, after about 4 1/2 months, Hurricane Home Solutions still has not provided the replacement Hose and a technician to install it. I cannot really say good things about the service after the sale.

When you need them, they're there. I purchased a Cummins generator. It works great and isn't as noisy as Generac.

In February of 2023, we had Hurricane Home Solutions install a 17KW Cummins whole-house emergency power generator. We live at the end of a NYSEG power line and normally lose power 4 hours at a crack once a month. In February of 2024, we had a windstorm, which took down NYSEG's grid from 15:33 (PM) on February 28th. At 12:39 (PM) on February 29th, 19 hours and 6 minutes later, NYSEG restored our power. The generator came on-line automatically and never missed a beat. I love my Cummins generator and the folks at Hurricane Home Solutions. From office staff to field technicians, they are always courteous, prompt, and take great care of us.

From beginning to end this company did a superb job. Location and esthetics were important to me. They were the only ones who listened to my concerns and went over and above to meet my needs not theirs. I love a company who shows up on time (and these folks were from Rochester) and respects the customer. A fairly young work crew, these folks were professional, knowledgeable, and communicated what to expect during the install and completion of the job.
