Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Install
made a lot of promises, and did not deliver on one of them. Multiple issues when system was completed and never saw William MacDonald again. used rental eqpt. that kept breaking down. He was horrendous, and i would never recommend him to anyone.

"Things are not exactly as Mr. Jonathan explain. We own all our equipment and we did everything that was promised and quoted on the contract, except the free work he want us to performed. Yes we had to rent an equipment because he did not want us to use our machines he said they were to heavy and the machine we rented happened to brake while performing the job."

Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
I would never use William or Hurricane Irrigation Systems ever again. I paid them to put in a sprinkler system and sod on my yard. I now have a sprinkler system that doesn?t pump water and when they laid my sod they left 4inch to 9 inch gaps between the sod pieces. Not to mention that after telling his crew not to remove my favorite tree. An hour later I get a message from my wife telling me they just ripe out my favorite tree. Then within a week of them laying the sod down and finishing the job I get a message from him saying that they are going to put a Leon against my house because I haven?t paid the bill. I went to his office and paid the bill. William is the most unprofessional I have ever worked with. Do NOT use William or Hurricane Irrigation Systems. I am going to have to remove the sod they laid down and have someone put new sod down and someone come out and fix my sprinkler system they put in.

"We advised Mr. Christopher that after lying the sod it need it to be rolled he didn't want to pay for it, He and his wife did not know which tree to removed, we removed the one our crew was told to removed by them. the office call couple of times for payment he keeps saying the check was in the mail but check never arrived, so he did came to the office to paid for work performed."

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Install
While the owner really knew what he was doing and was VERY responsive, the crew missed a couple of things I had to point out. For example, I had contracted and paid for a load of dirt to be spread before laying the sod. When they were not doing it I had to contact the owner who then stopped the work and had them bring the dirt.

William, excellent salesman, job will take 5 days, anyone that does it faster will not do a good job. He spent only 2.5 days. Never returned to make adjustments as promised. Left areas sloppy. New irrigation system cost $3200. Not the quality or service that I expected. Make sure that all work is completed to your satisfaction before paying.

"After our installation Mr Gary desired to do landscaping braking the system pipes in severals places. He call us and we went back to fix all his broken lines done by his landscapers, he gave us bad reference anyways."

Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service
First they removed the asphalt circular driveway, put pavers down for driveway and path to front porch......covered old circular driveway with sod and fixed my sprinkler system and added a zone. After seeing the fabulous work they did, I had them chip up the brick porch and match the driveway and path. I love the work, I adore William and would hire and recommend this company again and again. He did more than they were hired to do.
