When installing new sod Mauricio completely blocked output from sump pump pipe. Water was going back to the basement for two weeks and ruined part of it. The overall cost for proper plumbing, cleanup, and repair is $7,500. We offered him to cover the cost, but never heard back, so we are filing a claim against Harricane. That not to mention dead $500 pine tree he planted, which apparently will never be replaced.

After a few scheduling failures, the new sod installation went very well. The pricing was reasonable, and the quality of materials and service were very acceptable. If you can put up with a bit of disorganization from Mauricio in the planning and scheduling phase, their work performance warrants choosing them for the job.

The only complaint is that they were 3 hours late. But they came on last minute notice so I really shouldn't complain. Absolutely proficient and professional. Very accommodating in answering questions. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

THEY DAMAGED MY NEIGHBORS ELECTRIC DOG FENCE. i HAVE CALLED MAURICIO'S PHONE AND I AM NOT GETTING A CALL BACK. I HAD TO PAY $125.00 TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE. I WANT A REFUND FOR THIS AMOUNT. THE FOLLOW UP TO CUSTOMERS AFTER COMPLETION IS AS IMPORTANT IF NOT MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE INITIAL CONTACT. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. MAURICIO ALSO TOLD ME HE WOULD LEAVE SOME SOD TO COVER A PORTION OF THE YARD HE FORGOT TO DO. I SAID IF HE COULDN'T LAY THE SOD I WOULD DO IT IF HE WOULD GET IT TO THE HOUSE. HE AGREED AND NEVER DELIVERED THE SOD. AGAIN, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
