In the past 25yrs, I have only recommended one company that worked in our home. This is only the 2nd time I am able to highly recommend a company and that is Hurricane Roofing of Florida. After hurricane Irma, our roof was damaged and we needed to take care of one leak, which we did. Since then, we have been looking for a good roofing company and we interviewed many companies. They all promise the world but we were left with the feeling that they were not up to par. When we met Francisco Duarte from Hurricane Roofing of Florida, we felt that they would be the ones. I have not seen this level of professionalism in many years. At every step, he communicated with us. There wasnâ t a single text that we sent that was not only answered but answered quickly. Although we had delays, they were weather based (it poured virtually every day) and even at that, there was continuous communication. Every job has challenges and problems and we are not the exception. After the first layer of paper was laid down we had an epic storm and we found a small leak in our master bedroom. When I reached out to Francisco, he had 3 of his professionals at our home within 1hr. Again, I was impressed. The leak was immediately taken care of. The roof was completed this past week and Francisco had a gentleman from his team in our home fixing our ceiling from where the small leak occurred. Francisco also went above and beyond by buying and painting the trim of our roof which was not in the scope of the work. The roof looks amazing and all of our neighbors have come over to say how great it looks. I am pleased to recommend Hurricane Roofing of Florida. Excellent experience with a company that knows what the word Service means. They went above and beyond. BZ.
