Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I hired Tommy to tear up the carpet and replace with hardwood floors on 3/06/2020, gave him in full upfront Tommy was suppose to start the following day he has not done anything, I called the Police on him, Tommy came by threw $500 on the floor and left, that is the last I heard from him
