Way overcharged me. Almost $600 to repair broken thermostat wire! Will never call again. Prices were in levels also, unrelated to time and labor.

Horrible service techs, after one year of waiting on a part to stop water from running all over the garage. Would never recommend this company to anyone, stay away, and go elsewhere. They did upgrade the a/c and heater to a high-end unit, but then could not get trane units. Settled on rheem units, who came to install, all parts were Rudd. None of my numbers matched up. Never told that would happen.. do not hire hybrid air for anything. Had an ac checkup, and the tech said did not want to check coolant, because doing that loses too much coolant. Balcony, every small coolant is lost. A Stay away from hybrid air

They came out and gave us a price for a new heat pump system HVAC unit died No AC at all. He had a window unit in his truck that he put in to help me so I would be able to breath. Having Asthma is greatly made worse without AC. He installed new one next day. They did a great job. Prior to calling them We called Service Mechanics they came out one day said ordering a part that is over 35 days ago never returned. I recommend Hybrid air the went above to make sure I was comfortable thank you

Took about almost a week to completely replace the Central AC/Heat unit. Not sure the average.

I used their $79 special for system tune-up. I was given several reminders and the technician was on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After the tune-up, he showed me areas that I need to watch for problems later. He gave me quotes on how to replace those parts. I was satisfied with the service.

They were quick to respond, respectful (another company had misdiagnosed but they didnâ t badmouth them), experienced and thorough. They quickly diagnosed the problem and remedied it with a simple solution. When we later had a more serious problem, I trusted them because of their honesty the first time. I highly recommend Hybrid.

I would like to thank Hybrid Air and the Technician (Emory) who came out to my home 1/21/22 just before a snow storm was to arrive and immediately with thoroughness diagnosed the problem, fixed it and saved me and my family from frigid cold nights! Thanks Again!

They have a lower price than anyone in the area but they left my house dirty when they left. As well as the left for almost a 3 hour lunch and didn't finish until after 9pm when started at 930am

We had a pretty bad situation at my house. While we they were able to do well in the crawl space, and changing out an old water heater. The job is still incomplete and I do not understand how we already had 2 appointments to complete it, but still nothing. The plumbers did not finish securing a while in the yard where they dug up and yet still have yet to put a top over the sewer pipe that is in the front of our yard. Honestly it seems like easy tasks. I was told they would be there Monday after thanksgiving, no. We had an appointment made 14Dec21, no show even after I called to see if the plumber was still coming I never received a call back about it when I was told I would after lunch. I am not satisfied with the work, I paid way more than what I got for it. Punctuality, communication and do not be dishonest, those are what this company can work on. Most of the appointments we made were no show, then no communication because the manager thought it was complete until I called back, and do not tell someone you are in good hands when they clearly were not. I feel like I spent way too much for the service I received.
