First time I hired someone from HomeAdvisor and I was a bit nervous. Jerry Burgos , from Hydro Contractors, called me right away and arraigned a convenient time to come to my house to do a plumbing job. I had used a few other plumbers before but was never satisfied. Jerry and another worker came at the appointed time, went straight to the leaking pipe in my basement, made a minor adjustment to the valve and left. All within a half hour. I had to insist on paying him! He also gave me suggestions on things I should consider before the next heating season. No hard sell. No theatrics. Just straight talk, explaining things so simply even I could understand what he was talking about. If you are less than satisfied with your plumber, call Hydro and give them a chance to earn your business. I will call whenever I need a plumber.

On the coldest day of the year my boiler working. I called and they were at at my door within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, it was exactly what I suspected. He fixed it and the heat was back on. I will definitely use them again.

Jerry, the owner, came to look at the problem. He gave me an estimate, explaining that the exact price would depend on how long the job took. He was very easy to talk to. He showed up on time with a helper and completed the job in the estimated time and at a fair price. Definitely would recommend. Tried to use him for another job. Kept getting put off. When he finally gave me a date and time, he never showed up and didn't call. I never found out why and I never called him back.

"This customers told me he only wanted me to caulk any area that look likes it may be a hole.i explained to him without proper diaganosis we could not determine the exact problem and solution.we needed to open up ceiling in bathroom to find direct problem and solution.he explained that he had this caulked b efore and lasted a few years.i was not satisfied with customers remedy.but i caulked exactly what he said was the problem."
